Bright Gymnasium respects your privacy and provides members with a way to request deletion of personal information maintained through Bright Gym OS.

This page explains how you can submit a data deletion request and what happens after we receive your request.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal information, send an email to:

brightgymnasium@gmail.com

Please use "Data Deletion Request" as the subject of your email.

2. Information to Include

Please provide enough information for us to identify your Bright Gymnasium membership. Your request should include:

• Your full name.
• Your registered phone number.
• Your registered email address, if applicable.
• A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your data.

Please do not send passwords, PINs, banking credentials, card information, or other sensitive authentication information as part of your request.

3. Verification of Your Request

Before deleting personal information, Bright Gymnasium may need to verify that the request has been made by the member concerned or by a person legally authorized to act on the member's behalf.

We may contact you using the contact information associated with your membership to complete this verification.

4. Information That May Be Deleted

Subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements, information associated with your membership may be deleted or anonymized where appropriate. This may include:

• Name and personal contact information.
• Age and other member profile information.
• Profile photograph.
• Membership information.
• Communication information maintained within Bright Gym OS.
• Other personal information that is no longer required for a lawful or legitimate business purpose.

5. Information We May Need to Retain

A data deletion request does not necessarily require Bright Gymnasium to delete every record immediately.

Certain information may need to be retained where required or permitted for legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, fraud-prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate record-keeping purposes.

This may include certain invoices, payment and transaction records, accounting records, and records required to establish that a transaction or membership activity occurred.

Where information must be retained, it will be retained only for the applicable purpose and retention period.

6. Payment Records

Bright Gym OS maintains records relating to member payments, such as payment amounts, payment dates, payment methods, invoices, transaction or reference information, outstanding balances, and payment history.

Some of these records may need to be retained after a deletion request for accounting, legal, tax, or other record-keeping requirements.

7. WhatsApp and Third-Party Services

Bright Gym OS may use third-party services and infrastructure provided by companies such as Google, Firebase, Apple, Meta, and WhatsApp.

A deletion request submitted to Bright Gymnasium applies to personal information controlled by Bright Gymnasium. Information independently maintained by third-party services may be subject to the privacy, retention, and deletion policies of those service providers.

8. After Your Request Is Processed

Once a valid deletion request has been verified, Bright Gymnasium will review the information associated with the member and delete or anonymize information that is eligible for deletion.

We may contact you if additional information is required to process your request or if certain information must be retained.
